A short list, on purpose. Each person here states on a public professional page that they see clients online and work in English, and each links to that page and nothing else. Especially for Asia, where the map is nearly empty.
It is not a recommendation and it is not an assessment of anyone's competence — we have no way to make one and neither does any directory in this field. It is a list of people who publish, themselves, that they work this way. Check their lineage against what the lineages mean, look at their own page, and ask them the question every good practitioner will answer plainly: are you a licensed clinician using logotherapeutic methods, or a counsellor or educator working in Frankl's broad sense? Either answer can be the right one. Evasion is not.
